Who Are We
Five/6teen Consulting is a Black woman-owned boutique consulting firm founded by Dr. Kimberly Davis. We partner with nonprofit organizations, higher education institutions, and public-sector agencies to strengthen leadership, navigate change, and build organizational cultures grounded in equity, inclusion, and care.
We bring doctoral-level research rigor, senior executive experience, and a deep commitment to justice to every engagement — working alongside organizational leaders as strategic partners, not just service providers.
Our clients come to us at pivotal moments: when a leadership transition demands experienced interim support, when a culture shift requires more than a policy update, when a leadership team needs a trusted thought partner, or when an organization is ready to invest seriously in building its next generation of leaders.
