Every Five/6teen leadership development engagement begins with a discovery and design phase. We don’t deliver pre-built curricula — we build programs that fit your people, your sector, and your moment.
We start by listening — to organizational leadership, to participants, and to the data. What gaps exist? What strengths can be built on? What does success look like?
Needs Assessment
We design a tailored curriculum that integrates research-based frameworks, arts-based methodologies, and equity-centered facilitation practices.
Program Design
Dr. Kim facilitates all sessions personally, creating learning environments that are rigorous, reflective, and grounded in psychological safety.
Facilitation
Participants leave each session with concrete tools and commitments they can apply immediately in their work. Follow-up structures reinforce learning between sessions.
